Simplest Green Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup berries frozen
- 1 cup spinach fresh
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Peel banana and add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Start the blender on low, then increase speed until smooth.
- Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
- Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
