  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 10 almonds
  • granola cereal
  • 1 pinch nutmeg ground

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
