  • 3 Kiwi
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and cut fruits.
  • To a blender, combine all of the ingredients.

  • Start the blender low, then increase speed until smooth.
  • Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
