- 1 banana
- 1 cup mangoes frozen
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup kale or spinach
- 1/4 cup coconut water or regular water
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
