You may know me from my food blog, but did you know I’m also a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Personal Trainer? I hold certifications from the National College of Exercise Professionals and underwent training at Stanford University’s Center for Health Education. Additionally, I received Coaching and Weight Loss certifications from Case Western University.
My expertise lies in helping women in their 40s and beyond on their quest to lose weight and live healthier lives through nutrient-dense, low-fat, high-fiber, sugar-free recipes that make nutrition enjoyable.
