Ingredients
  

  • 2 banana 1 frozen, 1 fresh
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 24 almonds soaked

Instructions
 

  • Soak almond overnight. In the morning, in a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add you favorite toppings and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
