Berry Pear Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 1 cup mixed berries frozen
- 1/2 – 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and cut fruits.
- To a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
- Start the blender low, then increase speed until smooth.
- Adjust with more liquid or ingredients if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
- Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
