Candy Smoothie

My friend Karine created this Sweet Mint Berry Delight and loved its sweet, refreshing taste so much that she called me immediately, saying, ‘You have to try this—it’s like a Candy Smoothie!’ After making it myself in 2014, I’ve been hooked ever since! This healthy smoothie is filled with nutrient-rich fruits like frozen blueberries, banana, mango, and fresh mint, which are packed with antioxidants and vitamins. It’s the perfect fruit smoothie for a refreshing and energizing treat that also supports your health goals.
