Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 1 kale large leaf
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp coconut shredded (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender except the coconut.
  • Start the blender on low, then increase speed until smooth.
  • Adjust with more liquid if needed. Add coconut and blend a couple seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

The coconut is optional and should not be perfectly blended. A little texture in a creamy smoothie is amazing!
