Easiest Pear Kiwi Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 2 kiwi peeled
- 1/4 cup ice cubes water
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds not blended; optional
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients. (No liquid needed). Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
- Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
