I love the simplicity of this creamy smoothie. It contains mango, creamy avocado, fresh apple, all blended smoothly with almond milk, it’s perfection!

Mango Avocado Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango frozen
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 apple
- 1 cup almond milk more if needed
- dates (to taste)
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
- Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
