Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 mint fresh leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly.
  • Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.

Notes

Use frozen mango for a thicker, more icy smoothie.
 Add a handful of ice cubes for extra chill.
Adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired consistency.
For a sweeter smoothie, add a Medjool date or maple syrup.
