Mixed Berries – exceptionally healthy due to their high levels of antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber. These nutrients contribute to overall well-being by supporting immune function, promoting heart health, and aiding in digestion. Additionally, the natural sugars in berries provide a deliciously sweet option while still being relatively low in calories.
