  • 12 dried dragon fruit slices
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate 70% cacao or higher recommended
  • 1 tsp sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Dip each piece of dried dragon fruit halfway (or fully, if you prefer) into the melted chocolate.
  • Place the dipped fruit onto the prepared parchment paper.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle lightly with sprinkles, if using.
  • Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or place in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes until firm.
